Terms and conditions for All Access Membership

This membership is non-refundable and non-transferable. Once purchased, you are enrolled in an auto-billed membership. Your card on file will be billed on the first of each month (after a prorated amount during the initial purchase).

Holds maybe placed on this membership for up to 90 days.

To cancel your membership, you must email lauraoleary@fit4mom.com at least one week prior to your next billing date.
