Join FIT4MOM Capitol Hill for the ultimate fitness class for moms! Meet us on Saturday, May 6th at 9:30 am at Yards Park for a 60-minute total body workout for both prenatal and postnatal mamas. Babies and toddlers are welcome but they MUST stay in the stroller during the workout. Don't worry, we'll keep them moving and very entertained! Class costs $20 per participant and 100 percent of the proceeds will go towards Girls on the Run - DC.
Fit4Baby® Prenatal Exercise Class 1 visit free•From $17 per visit with Fit4Baby 8-Week Full Session (16 classes) pass
Fit4Baby is a prenatal fitness program for all stages of pregnancy that teaches women how to exercise safely and effectively throughout their pregnancy. The hour long Fit4Baby class is interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises.
