FIT4BABY combines scientifically-based workouts that are appropriate for all trimesters (including the 4th trimester) and fitness levels with the information you need to stay healthy, prepare for recovery and the physical demands of motherhood. This all-levels class includes cardio, strength training, balance, flexibility and core exercises to accommodate all trimesters of pregnancy including the early postpartum period.
If you won't be able to attend class, please remember to cancel your enrollment. We will not deduct from your pass if you miss a class.
