Body Back® Transformation (8-Week Session)

**You MUST be at least three (3) months postpartum to participate in Body Back®. Please note that FIT4MOM strongly recommends that Body Back® clients be at least six (6) months postpartum to participate. The focus for the early stage of motherhood is overall strength, endurance and well-being, not weight loss or dramatic physical changes. Clients less than six (6) months postpartum are highly encouraged to attend Stroller Strides®.**
